Mac OS 下，python 代码中通过 https 访问相关资源时，如果 ssl 相关证书签名验证失败，会出现如题错误。

解决方法
首先报如上 ssl 签名校验失败的错误是因为 Mac OS 的 Python 3.6 使用内置的 OpenSSL 来进行 ssl 协议的签名验证，它不支持系统数据证书。
可以在终端（Terminal）使用如下命令解决该问题：
knowledgedict@Mac-OS ~ $ /Applications/Python\ 3.6/Install\ Certificates.command
